For more than three decades, this Group QA endeavor has been engaged in import and marketing of Power Tools & Equipment Automotive spares & accessories and Fixing System in Bangladesh. High-performance products are distributed through a countrywide dealers’ network and the company runs three modern service centers. The company is the sole agent and distributor of Robert Bosch GmbH, Germany, Bosch Limited, India, Fischer werke GmbH & Co.KG, Germany.

Established in 1966, this entity of Group QA has been engaged in import and marketing of Hybrid Agricultural Seeds and Crop Nutrients from world renowned companies of China and India. It has its own seed production and multiplication farm including a modern seed processing and preservation center at Bogura. Furthermore, to respond to the growing need for advanced farming practice in Bangladesh, Krishi Banijya Protisthan entered into the Agricultural Machinery business by importing and marketing Tractors and other farming equipment of world class CASE IH brand from New Holland Fiat (India) Pvt. Limited.

Health and well beinG

By making sure that the workers in the factories we use to make our clothing are happy and healthy, we are not only doing what is right, we are also ensuring the success of our products. When you buy from us you can rest assured that everyone behind the product will be taken care of. We have put in place first aid kits in every corner and even a 24/7 doctors chamber right inside our factory!

In the Textile and garment industry, workers are exposed to high injury risks from powered machines. in order to protect life – saving and safeguarding a better working environment for the textile workers is first priority for the industries.

Safety and Security

We have taken several steps for the safety and security of workers and employees. They are trained about fire-fighting, first aid and other necessary knowledge. We make sure that the workers know how to act in an emergency so that no life is threatened. Moreover, our workplace is always safe for all as we follow an international quality management system where hazard assessment and control are regularly done. We have a chemical handling committee to ensure the safe use of chemical or hazardous chemical in the workplace. We make sure that we can guide our workers from time to time so that the factory environment remains health-friendly all the time. We are a fully compliant factory.

Training

The key factors in garments are Quality, Quantity, and fast delivery. The most important thing is to organize by proper training of the workers and employees for improving the quantity, quality, productivity and reliability of the process. When the workers are well-trained one can expect higher quality, lower costs, and increased productivity. To increase the overall productivity it is necessary for the employees to know what they are doing and we take it very seriously!

Daycare Facilities

Daycare Facilities are available completely for free for single mothers or women who come to work with their children to work. Parents can be rest assured that their child is well looked after while they work. This will help working women and ensure a better life for their children. Daycare facilities can be really helpful for those who don’t have much family support and that find it difficult to drop off their kids at an older before starting the working day. This is especially true for women who not only may be single parents but also may have worked in the garments industry. We are there to support them in every step of the way.
